Job Summary:

Creative Chaos is looking for a dedicated HR Associate - People and Culture to support our HR team in various administrative tasks and human resources functions. This role involves working closely with the People and Culture team to foster a positive work environment, assist in employee life cycle efforts, and enhance employee engagement initiatives. You will play a vital role in the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to development, ensuring that our workplace culture aligns with our organizational values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Help in the development and implementation of HR programs to support employee development and retention.
  • Conduct employee orientation and maintain training records.
  • Assist with employee surveys and gather feedback to enhance the employee experience.
  • Support the implementation of performance management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 months-1 year of experience in an HR role or related field preferred.
  • Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
