The role provides support to employees and managers at a regional or cluster level. As a trusted professional, the Advisor works closely with Consultants, Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to provide timely, effective and efficient services to managers and employees

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supports managers and employees with questions / concerns on P&C processes and policies.
  • Managing the resolution of queries within agreed service levels.
  • Providing accurate responses to queries first time.
  • Effective management of queries through the case management system.
  • Timely escalation of queries to the correct point of contact responder.
  • Preparing employees’ documents (e.g. offer letters, contracts, bonus letters, termination letters etc)
  • Collaborating with People Centres of Excellence to resolve any questions that ‘break policy’.
  • Providing feedback to CoE’s on consistent policy questions / issues.
  • Supporting the implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Proactively encouraging the use of self-service tools and portal by all employees and managers.
  • Working closely with other Service team members and P&C Consultants and People Business Partners, actively forwarded cases related to data management to the responsible P&C point of contact.
  • Other duties as required from time to time.

Requirements

  • At least 1 to 2 years experiences in HR Employee Services/HR Shared Services or as HR Generalist ·       
  • Knowledgeable in the following areas:
    • HR Ticketing system
    • HRIS/database application programs
    • Case management
    • Data analysis and interpretation
    • HR and Process  knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resource Management and other management courses
