As we continue to grow our Bucharest office, we’re looking for an HR Assistant (Part-Time) who enjoys variety, stays organized even when things move quickly, and feels energized by being part of a dynamic HR team. You’ll join a global team of HR professionals who love people, embrace change, and are always exploring new ideas to make our employee experience better.

This isn’t a “file papers quietly in the background” kind of role. You’ll be right in the mix—supporting the employee lifecycle, keeping HR operations on track, and helping our Bucharest office run like a well-oiled (and friendly) machine.

HR responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day HR administration (HRIS updates, employee data, certificates, reports)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding—making sure people feel supported from day one to last day
  • Keep personnel files, documents, and archives accurate, organized, and compliant
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team (locally and globally)

Office & admin responsibilities

  • Be the go-to person for office-related questions and needs
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with building management and external vendors
  • Support logistics for small office events and team moments

What we are looking for

  • Have experience with HR administration (contracts, certificates, employee docs)
  • Understand the employee lifecycle and HR processes
  • Know Romanian labor legislation and how to apply it in real life 
  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and surprisingly calm when things get busy
  • Take initiative and enjoy improving processes instead of just following them
  • Are comfortable wearing more than one hat (HR + office support)
  • Speak English confidently, as you’ll collaborate with our global HR team

Location & schedule:

This is a hybrid position, based in Bucharest. Working days are Monday – Wednesday (8 hours/day).
