Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented internto join our Human Resources team as an HR Assistant Intern. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR administration within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating HR projects and initiatives.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Assist with HR communications, including drafting emails, announcements, and documentation.
  • Help with organizing and maintaining HR files, records, and documentation in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and assignments as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
