ALTEN México, a prominent player in engineering and technology consulting, is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to join our vibrant team. In the role of HR Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting HR-related data to guide strategic decision-making. Your insights will support talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management initiatives, ensuring that ALTEN Mexico continues to foster a strong organizational culture and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and analyzing data related to HR metrics such as retention, and employee satisfaction
  • Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of HR information systems and employee records
  • Assisting with payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries
  • Supporting onboarding processes.
  • Conducting analysis of employee engagement surveys and preparing reports
  • Preparing various HR metrics and reports for senior management to facilitate insights into workforce trends
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and programs
  • Ensuring all HR activities comply with legal requirements and internal policies

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • 6 months or 1 year of experience in an HR Analyst or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
