About us

We’re looking for a confident, capable HR Advisor to join our fast growing HR Consultancy – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and can provide professional, practical advice across multiple sectors.

Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, you'll be the go-to for HR support, employee relations matters and policy guidance – from advising on disciplinaries and grievances to helping line managers implement best practice. You’ll also play a part in policy development, analytics, training delivery, and more.

What you’ll be doing:

  • First-line support for line managers across a portfolio of clients on all things HR
  • Advising on disciplinary, absence and grievance processes
  • Providing clear, concise written reports and outcome letters
  • Supporting HRBPs with casework and projects
  • Spotting trends in data and helping improve policies and processes
  • Getting involved in recruitment, job design and interviews
  • Helping develop and deliver line manager workshops
  • Working with clients across various sectors – no two days will be the same

Who we are looking for:

With a friendly, approachable style you will have:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent
  • A professional, generalist HR background.
  • Confident advising on complex employee relations cases
  • Excellent written communication – clear and professional
  • Able to build rapport quickly and flex your style to suit
  • A “can do”, client service approach.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, together with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and build credibility quickly.
