  • Support due diligence requests by gathering and preparing employee data and documentation as required.
  • Get involved in key HR projects - from process improvement initiatives to supporting the rollout of new HR technology or engagement programs.

Ideally, you will have some or all of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR operations or an HR Advisor role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Law or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards (NES), and modern awards.
  • Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
