What will you be doing?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Administrator to join our People Management Department. In this role, you will support the team with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will:

  • Support day-to-day HR administrative processes
  • Administration and maintenance of HR Systems
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding documentation and coordination
  • Prepare HR documents and employment-related paperwork
  • Assist with interview scheduling and recruitment coordination
  • Support scheduling of HR meetings, trainings, and other HR activities
  • Maintain organized HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Respond to basic employee HR queries and redirect requests when needed
  • Support the HR team with various operational and administrative activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR Administration or a similar administrative role
  • Familiarity with HR systems and MS Office tools
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • A good understanding of Technology and AI tools is desirable
  • Professional level of English, both written and verbal

Great to have

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR or Workable
