We are looking for an ambitious HR Administrator to join our international dream team who will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. We are expecting to welcome in the team someone who will work remotely from Uzbekistan with employees located in Poland. Knowledge of the Polish language is optional but would be a significant advantage.

Requirements:
- At least one year of experience as an HR administrator or a similar HR role
- General understanding of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Excellent cross-group collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and achieve results in a fast-paced, heavily-distributed team environment
- Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
- Experience in pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding process
Nice to Have:
- Degree in human resources or a related field is a plus
- Previous work experience in an IT company
English level:
Intermediate+
Responsibilities:
- Preboarding and onboarding, arranging medical check-ups for employees in Poland
- Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
- Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues
- Work with internal systems (adding and updating information, etc.)
- Work with different types of documents (resumes, background checks, etc.)
- Work with the company’s time off policies
- Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information
- Participate in HR projects
