Position Summary

The HR Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the HR function in Romania. This role ensures the smooth running of HR processes, maintains employee records, supports recruitment and onboarding, and acts as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local legislation.
  • Prepare employment contracts, addenda, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data to the finance/payroll provider.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration process.
  • Monitor employee leave, attendance, and absence management.
  • Provide day-to-day support for HR queries and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Support HR audits, compliance requirements, and reporting to local authorities.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, performance review cycles, and engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with regional and global HR teams on projects and process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Romanian labor law and HR practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processes is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken.
