HR Administrator - 12 month FTC

£27,202 per year

TLDR

Provide a high-quality recruitment experience through efficient administration while managing a significant volume of new starters at UKAEA.

The HR Administrator is responsible for delivering an excellent recruitment experience to UKAEA’s new starters through efficient and effective administration.

Core responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to candidates and employees, ensuring prompt and efficient handling of queries.
  • Manage personal data in full compliance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR requirements.
  • Provide end-to-end recruitment administration
  • Prepare offer and new starter letters
  • Process vetting and references, and collect right-to-work documentation.
  • Support candidate onboarding, including relocation assistance, induction bookings, and issuing required training (e.g. CBT).
  • Assist the wider recruitment function as needed, including coordinating and welcoming interview candidates.
  • Proven administration experience (HR administration desirable)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage a high volume of new starters
