Your primary role will be to handle daily administrative and HR duties of the Luxembourg office.
As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will assist the HR Team in various administrative and organisational tasks:
• Provide clerical support to all employees (e.g. certificates, access badges);
• Coordination and administrative management of new hires and departing employees;
• Assist with the payroll process and reporting;
• Be in charge of the IT equipment management;
• Support the planning and organisation of internal and external company meetings/events;
• Coordinate and provide follow-up on training sessions, and seminars;
• Act as the main point of contact in the reception area (e.g. parcels, mail, reception of guests);
• Office management, dealing with suppliers and stock management;
• Liaise with facility management vendors, including the property manager, cleaning, and catering.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of listening and service and a real ability to take initiative. Your results-orientation, your rigor and your organizational skills are recognized assets to succeed in this responsible and versatile mission.
You hold a bachelor’s degree in Management Assistant or Human Resources and you have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. You are fluent in English and French.
