  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records for all employees, including contracts, work permits, insurance, medical reports, and compliance timelines.

Administration & Office Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration including facilities coordination, office supplies, housekeeping standards, filing systems, and IT coordination.

  • Manage reception and front desk activities, visitor handling, incoming calls, mail, parcels, courier arrangements, meetings, and company events.

  • Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and visitor reception when required.

 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.

  • Hands-on experience managing local and foreign workers, including recruitment documentation, PLKS, FOMEMA, SKHPPA, IG, VDR, and hostel management.

  • Experience handling shopfloor / non-exempt employees and union matters.

  • Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, immigration requirements, and statutory compliance.

  • Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
