HR Admin & Payroll Assistant

TLDR

Manage the full employee lifecycle with a focus on administrative tasks, facilitating clear processes in a supportive finance team environment.

This role is responsible for ensuring that the administrative operations related to the employee lifecycle run accurately and in an orderly manner.

It sits within the Finance department, as part of the People Experience Services area, and has a 100% administrative focus. It is ideal for junior profiles who enjoy clear processes, structured tasks, and want to develop their careers in the finance area.

  • The position covers the full employee lifecycle from an administrative perspective, including hires and terminations, contracts, payroll incidents, benefits, and employment-related documentation.
  • Onboarding and offboarding are managed through our HRIS (HiBob), focusing exclusively on administrative workflows, documentation, creation and updating of employee profiles, and task follow-up.
  • The role is highly operational, with stable and well-defined workflows.
  • Internal databases and tools (HiBob, Flexoh, Officevibe…) are kept up to date to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Administrative reports are prepared for Finance and the People Experience Services area, with a focus on reviewing salary cost data and variable compensation.
  • Employee tickets and inquiries are handled efficiently, resolving questions and incidents in an operational manner.
  • Close collaboration takes place with Accounting on audits, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Learning happens through day-to-day collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing administrative support in areas such as recruitment, talent development, or employer branding.

  • Degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration or related fields.

  • Junior profile, with 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources administration in Spain.

  • High proficiency in using Google Workspace tools.

  • Fluent Spanish and advanced English.

  • Proactive person, eager to develop in the field of human resources, autonomous, and with great attention to detail.
