Your mission
You will support day-to-day administrative and HR local operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and employees receive great support aligned with company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take part of accounts payable activities and handle vendor relationships, helping identify cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee daily office operations while coordinating with building management in office related matters.
- Manage emails, phone calls, visitors, and service providers.
- Support employees with internal systems (including ERP) and some general administrative needs.
- Organize travel arrangements for staff and executives, including last-minute changes.
- Maintain basic IT inventory and support local HR & Admin projects.
- Help organize team-building activities and office events.
- Collaborate with local and regional teams within the JA Solar organization.
- Support employee benefits administration and follow up with providers.
- Assist with PRL program implementation in line with Spanish regulations.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system access.
- Maintain attendance records and manage employee leave tracking.
Your profile
- Degree in Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative and/or employee support roles.
- Proactive, hands-on, reliable, and service-oriented team player.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with PRL projects is a strong plus.
- Experience managing domestic and international travel is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable to learn new IT tools
- Spanish (native level) and English (C1 level or equivalent).
