当社では、プロアクティブで細部にまで配慮できる HRシステムスペシャリスト を募集しています。
グローバルHRシステムチームの一員として、SAP SuccessFactors におけるシステム設定・テスト・改善活動をサポートいただくほか、グローバルHRに関連する各種イニシアチブにも参画いただきます。

本ポジションは、基本的なシステム設定の知識を持ち、HRテクノロジーやデジタル・トランスフォーメーション分野でキャリアを発展させたい方に最適です。

【業務内容】

• SAP SuccessFactors における機能拡張や新機能の設定・テストのサポート
• 半期ごとのリリーステストへの参加および新機能の影響分析、グローバルHRシステムチームへの共有
• 設定関連ドキュメント（Configuration Workbook、変更ログ等）の作成・更新・管理のサポート
• 新機能または変更機能に関するユーザー向けガイド作成の支援
• HRシステム用メールボックスの管理とユーザー問い合わせ対応（必要に応じてITや関連チームと連携）
• テスト結果の記録、課題の特定および適切なフィードバック・ドキュメント提供
• HR・ビジネスユーザー向けレポートの作成・メンテナンスおよびエンドユーザーサポート
• 定期的なデータ品質チェックの実施によるデータの正確性・完全性の確保
• グローバルHR、IT、地域チームと連携し、HRシステム関連プロジェクトやプロセス改善活動に参画

【MUST】

• HRシステムまたはHRオペレーションでの実務経験（1〜3年）
• SAP SuccessFactors または Workday の設定経験、もしくは基礎知識をお持ちの方（Employee Central 経験者は歓迎）システム設計、設定、テストプロセスへの興味
• 基本的な人事プロセス（従業員ライフサイクル、組織管理、データ管理）の理解
• Microsoft Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook の実務スキル
• 高い注意力・分析力
• 英語での読み書きおよび会話によるコミュニケーションが可能な方
• 日本語をネイティブレベルで運用できる方
• プロアクティブで前向きな姿勢があり、グローバル環境で協働できる方

【WANT】

• リリーステストまたは UAT（ユーザー受け入れテスト）参加経験
• HRIS のデータ構造やインテグレーションフローに関する理解
• 多文化・グローバルチームでの就業経験
• 人事、経営、または関連分野の学士号
