Costa Navarino, a world-class luxury resort in Greece, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Houseman to support the  Residences' housekeeping and maintenance operations. This role is critical in ensuring that each resident meets our high standards of cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetic appeal, providing an exceptional experience for our guests

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of public areas, windows, pathways, and exterior residence spaces using pressure washers and other cleaning equipment (e.g. ladders, cleaning machineries, etc.) 
• Transport linen to and from the laundry and residences
• Assist room attendants with the delivery of supplies and equipment
• Provide transportation for room attendants to the residences when required
• Maintain, clean and check all housekeeping equipment to ensure readiness for the next shift
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of resort vehicles used for transportation
• Working closely with the housekeeping team ensures efficient workflow
• Follow all health, safety and hygiene regulations
• Immediate reporting of any damages, shortages or technical issues ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of problems
• Managing the post-construction handover of the residence with focus on cleanliness
• Working primarily outdoors and being exposed to all weather conditions, including extreme heat, storm while maintaining safety and performance standards
• Collection and safe disposal of waste from villas in accordance with hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Adapting to the unique requirements and specific characteristics of each residence
• Adapt to any operational needs or requests that may arise during the shift

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in a houseman or similar support role within a luxury hospitality environment is preferred. Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping operations within a luxury hotel or resort. Experience in villa or high-end residence housekeeping operations. Familiarity with sustainable practices in housekeeping.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, at heights, such as lifting, carrying, move heavy equipment (such us furniture, machineries, etc.) bending, and standing for extended periods, following all safety procedures and regulations
• Attention to Detail: A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and functionality across all villa areas.
• Team Player: Strong work ethic and cooperative attitude to support team members in creating a seamless guest experience.
• Communication Skills: Basic proficiency in English; knowledge of Greek or other languages is a plus.
• Valid driving license ( category B )
