COMINFO is a Czech technology company that develops smart access control solutions securing buildings and property around the world. Through our products, we help people feel safe when arriving at work, visiting office buildings, or travelling by metro.

Our product portfolio includes high-tech turnstiles that allow, for example, integration of biometric readers or automatically call an elevator when a visitor card is presented. In our projects, however, we focus not only on technological functionality but also on product design requirements, ensuring that the turnstiles do not disrupt the appearance and overall concept of the interior where they are installed.

We also specialize in the development of attendance and access control software and hardware.

We are currently looking for a new colleague for the position of Helpdesk Specialist.

Job Responsibilities

• Receiving calls on the Hotline, recording them, and forwarding them to technicians
• Registering customer requests in the helpdesk system
• Processing service reports
• Working in the K2 ERP system
• Preparing documentation for resolving requests and assigning them to designated technicians
• Monitoring and evaluating repair deadlines
• Reporting unresolved requests to the supervisor
• Informing customers about service intervention schedules

Requirements

Minimum secondary education

English at C1 level

Assertiveness

Attention to detail

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Basic knowledge of the Office 365 suite
