Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage guest seating and ensure that they are comfortable at their tables.
- Handle reservations efficiently and maintain an organized booking system.
- Assist with answering customer inquiries and providing relevant information.
- Collaborate with the service staff to ensure seamless service.
- Promote and upsell menu items and special offers.
- Maintain cleanliness of the host stand and dining area.
- Address any guest concerns or feedback in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Having good food and beverage product knowledge.
- Minimum 1 year experiences within the food and beverage industry.
- Good communication skill; ability to convey message / information to people at all levels both verbally and in writing
- English proficiency - excellent command of spoken and written will be advantage
- Computer literate
- Having good inter-personal skill with people at all levels within the company.
- Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related field is desirable.
