For the next season, we are looking for a Restaurant Hostess Intern to join the team at DaV Mare, Belmond’s unique collaboration with the Cerea family. This harbourside restaurant offers big Ligurian flavours, gastronomic excellence and outstanding service from breakfast through to dinner.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.

Main duties & responsibilities:

• Managing telephone reservations
• Welcoming customers upon arrival
• Escorting customers to the reserved table
• Handling of any needs (checkroom service etc.)
• Assisting with information requests

Requirements

• Previous experience in the same role is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Excellent team work skills
• Fluency in English at a professional level and preferably one additional language
• Attention to detail
