Previous experience in an upscale hospitality or customer-facing role preferred. Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Knowledge of reservation systems/software is a plus.
