Job Description
- Respond to guest reservation inquiries, create accommodation estimates, and follow up via email and phone.
- Maintain website, reservation software, and OTA listings accurately and up to date.
- Book service providers according to the needs of staying guests.
- Handle inquiries and reservations from travel agencies and OTAs via email and phone.
- Manage guest service billing and payments.
- Support front desk staff, especially assisting with communication in Japanese.
- Confirm reservations and transfer revenue to the owner's account using reservation software.
- Regularly check competitors' offerings and latest deals while monitoring the local market.
- Efficiently prepare seasonal rates and sales packages to maximize sales.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in English at a business level or higher, with additional language skills in Chinese or Japanese preferred
- Basic proficiency in computer operations and Microsoft Office applications, as well as familiarity with tablets, smartphones, and professional email communication
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in customer service-oriented roles
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing guest needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RoomBoss or customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and/or international driver’s license

- Salary starting from 250,000 yen - 350,000 yen.
