Our client is a non-medical homecare services provider operating within the healthcare and homecare services industry. The organization focuses on delivering compassionate, reliable support to individuals who wish to age in place while maintaining dignity, independence, and continuity of care. The company works closely with both clients and caregivers to ensure consistent service quality and operational excellence.
The Homecare Scheduler plays a critical operational role responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules and ensuring uninterrupted care delivery. This position exists to balance client care plans, caregiver availability, and business requirements in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role is execution-heavy and highly detail-oriented, requiring calm decision-making under pressure. You will work cross-functionally with caregivers, clients, and internal teams to resolve scheduling challenges and maintain accurate operational records. This role is well-suited for someone who is organized, empathetic, and thrives in high-volume, time-sensitive environments..
You will directly support continuity of care by ensuring clients are consistently matched with qualified caregivers. Your work will reduce missed shifts, scheduling gaps, and last-minute disruptions. You will contribute to accurate billing and payroll processes through precise schedule and timesheet management. By maintaining organized records and resolving conflicts efficiently, you will help improve client satisfaction, caregiver retention, and overall operational efficiency.
