Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health team in Alameda County. What You'll Do

  • Provide in-home physical therapy visits under the supervision of a PT
  • Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe movement
  • Document visits in WellSky/Kinnser in a timely manner
  • Communicate patient progress and concerns to the care team

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited PTA program
  • Active California PTA license
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes around Alameda County
  • Home healthcare experience
  • Experience with the Kinnser/Wellsky EMR preferred (not required)
