Job Title: Home Care Scheduler (Spanish Speaking)
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily and weekly caregiver schedules
- Match caregivers to clients based on availability, skills, and client needs
- Communicate with caregivers regarding shift confirmations, changes, and updates
- Liaise with clients and families to confirm schedules and address concerns
- Handle last-minute call-offs and find suitable replacements promptly
- Maintain accurate scheduling records in the system
- Ensure authorized hours are scheduled appropriately and efficiently
- Monitor overtime and manage staffing levels accordingly
- Collaborate with HR and operations regarding staffing needs
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Previous scheduling or coordination experience (home care/healthcare preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent changes
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with scheduling software is an advantage
