The Role:

You will be responsible for continuously delighting and exciting the LB community, through thoughtful assortment selection and high accuracy of buys with the delicate balance of hard data, consumer insights and commercial instinct.

Reporting directly to the Hong Kong Area Manager and working closely with the Hong Kong online and offline team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Love, Bonito through this exhilarating phase.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Key business support to Love, Bonito HK Offline operations and liaise Omni projects
  • Ensure that operational issues/information are promptly and accurately delivered
  • Follow up with operational matters and deliver solutions that are efficient, accurate, and aligned with company policies
  • Develop and improve operational workflows to enhance stores’ productivity and efficiency
  • Coordinate the procurement monthly store supplies, and all necessary operational materials and all store events, including new store openings
  • Adhoc Omni channel related duties as required

Requirements

  • Possess intermediate Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, numerate and tech-savvy
  • Meticulous, high attention to detail, logical and analytical
  • Self-starter who takes responsibility and ownership of their work
  • Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • A genuine interest and curiosity to know how things work and how to make them better
  • Is resourceful and has a knack for solving problems with agility
  • An outgoing personality who enjoys interacting and connecting with people
  • 5 to 6-months commitment
  • Commencement Period: ASAP

You Should Have / Be:

  • Excellent problem solver, able to identify the root clause and come up with creative solutions for retail team
  • Strong interpersonal skills, work closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Being open to change with flexibility, willing to challenge and initiate own ideas
  • Desire to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
