Role Overview
The Founder of a transformation and coaching academy for entrepreneurs and high performers is seeking a skilled High-Ticket Appointment Setter to conduct clarity calls with workshop registrants and book qualified prospects for high-value consultations. This role involves immediate phone outreach via Go High Level, qualifying prospects, participating in daily huddles, and maintaining pipeline accuracy. If you excel at consultative phone conversations, have strong soft skills with accountability and initiative, and can follow proven scripts while building genuine rapport, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct immediate 15-minute clarity calls with new workshop registrants via Go High Level, building rapport and uncovering transformation goals to qualify prospects
- Book qualified prospects for Perfect Consults or advance them directly to program offers based on readiness, fit, and alignment with transformation goals
- Participate in morning huddles, completing High-Income Closer (HIC) setter training, following established scripts, and implementing feedback for continuous improvement
- Coordinate scheduling for video-based Perfect Consults via Zoom or Google Meet, confirming appointments and preparing prospect information
- Manage pipeline hygiene across Go High Level and Airtable, updating lead statuses, tracking call outcomes, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring accurate conversion metric reporting
- Operate within established systems and processes, maintaining consistency in outreach cadence, communication standards, and adherence to proven workflows across all platforms
- Demonstrate proactive initiative and critical thinking by identifying objection patterns, suggesting process improvements, and taking ownership of conversion rate optimization efforts
Requirements
- 3+ years of high-ticket appointment setting or inside sales experience with consultative approach (must-have)
- Proven track record booking appointments for coaching programs, courses, or high-value services (must-have)
- Exceptional phone presence with strong soft skills including empathy, rapport-building, and active listening (must-have)
- Experience with Go High Level or similar CRM systems for calling and pipeline management
- Self-motivated with initiative, critical thinking ability, and accountability for results
- Comfortable following scripts while maintaining authentic conversations and adapting to prospect needs
