Key Responsibilities:


  • Spearhead the development and growth of our high-risk merchant account channel.
  • Leverage your extensive network and expertise to identify, engage, and onboard high-risk merchant partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership contracts, focusing on strategic alignment and long-term success.
  • Provide dedicated support and management, optimizing high-risk partner success and profitability.
  • Monitor and enhance partner performance, developing strategies tailored to the high-risk market.
  • Foster collaborative efforts between partners and internal teams for a cohesive, goal-oriented approach.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, specifically in high-risk account management, to keep Payzli ahead of the curve.


Compensation:


  • Base Salary: $50,000 + Profit Sharing
  • Profitability Sharing Bonus Structure: Earn a 10% from Payzli's net revenue in override on partner relationship, and merchants you manage for Payzli in Year 1, transitioning to 6% in Year 2 and 3% in Year 3, with an earning cap of $250,000.
  • Post-Relocation: Increase your base salary by $5,000 with a first-year move bonus.
