We are a fast-growing company seeking a self-motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Electrical Engineer. Our engineers provide technical support to professionals throughout the Americas and across a range of industries. In this role, you will work closely with our Sales and Marketing team and Engineers in Japan to promote and support cutting-edge technologies in Lithium-Ion battery manufacturing, mobility and automotive, renewable energy, electronic components, and power electronics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions during the sales process.
- Provide technical assistance and promptly respond to customer inquiries.
- Work with Sales and Management to develop and implement revenue growth strategies.
- Create and deliver presentations, application notes, and white papers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and attend trade shows as needed.
- Recommend enhancements to Hioki's existing product line.
- Provide product training to internal sales associates, sales representatives, distributors, and end users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in test and measurement, applications, electrical design, system integration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with test and measurement instruments such as data acquisition equipment, battery testers, LCR meters, and power analyzers.
