We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Helpdesk Engineer for software applications. 

Your tasks:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer Key-Users reporting incidents or questions
  • Receive, categorize, and prioritize tickets in the helpdesk system
  • Perform standard troubleshooting, system resets, basic configuration checks, and guided workarounds
  • Monitor system dashboards and alerts for automated storage and conveyor systems
  • Assist operators and Key-Users with login issues, user permissions, and routine tasks
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Level 2 Support with clear documentation
  • Maintain and update the knowledge base with recurring issues and standard procedures
  • Support end-user training sessions or refreshers when needed
  • Technical or logistics background (IT, mechatronics, industrial engineering, logistics)
  • Basic knowledge of WMS/WCS, automated storage systems, conveyor technology, or PLC basics
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to problem-solving
  • Customer-focused, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems simultaneously (WMS, WCS, monitoring dashboards)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • You demonstrate attention to detail.
  • You have excellent time management and prioritization skills, and you're able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • You are stress resistant and have the gift to make a customer feel comfortable and helped, even in stressful situations.
