We are looking for technical communication support
Knowledge/Skills:
Good written communication skills (chat support) and clear verbal communication for telephone support
Strong logical reasoning to solve problems and find solutions.
Advanced knowledge of Portuguese and English (will provide support to Latin America in Spanish), Spanish desirable
Basic to intermediate IT knowledge
Responsibilities:
telephone support
Chat system support
Portfolio management
Top-level customer support, providing immediate solutions
Customer assistance routing tasks to level 2 and/or 3 technical teams
Problem identification and resolution
multitask
Ticket backlog analysis
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in help desk and support tasks.
Work schedule: Interdaily (One day yes, another day no, includes weekends)
Language: English and Portuguese (Exclusive), Spanish desirable.
Form of work: Home Office (Wanted only in Brazil)
Training: University or technical educatio
