Role Overview

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Support Specialist to join their team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all technical support operations with a primary focus on Microsoft 365 administration. This role is ideal for individuals with extensive IT experience who excel in autonomous environments and possess strong leadership qualities.



Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage Microsoft 365 tenancies, including user creation, shared mailbox setups, Exchange rules, and domain integrations.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications on PCs (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, etc.).
  • Provide first-class phone, email, ticketing, and remote support, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot Windows PCs and occasionally Macs.
  • Utilise ticketing systems to log and manage client issues efficiently.
  • Take total ownership of all technical support operations, demonstrating autonomy and responsibility.
  • Leverage AI tools, scripting, and automation to optimise IT workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience working with Microsoft 365 products and tenancy management.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills in Windows PCs and email setup (SMTP, POP3, IMAP).
  • Strong communication skills with a flawless English level, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in ticketing systems and managing IT support requests.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar MSP or Help Desk role.
  • Nice-to-have skills include knowledge of domain registrars, hosting platforms, scripting, and Azure.
