Key Responsibilities
Your Day-to-Day Activities
- Provide day-to-day IT operational support.
- Provide resolution to the issues raised by the users.
- Provide maintenance to company owned IT equipment.
- Document procedures, guidelines, and projects where you are participating.
- Manage internal IT applications.
- Communicate and coordinate with IT vendors when required.
- Provide advice, evidence and guidance during audit engagements.
- Oversee IT-related workspace setup, ensuring optimal placement of networking equipment, workstations, and meeting room technology.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, IT infrastructure, and accessibility standards.
- Work closely with IT and Facilities teams to maintain a well-equipped and functional workspace.
Must-have Skills
4-5 years of experience with the following skills:
- IT Helpdesk Engineer, Support Engineer, SysAdmin or related experience.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority.
- Experience in facility maintenance, repair, and project management.
- Proficient in troubleshooting client issues and efficiently providing long-term solutions and recommendations.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Mac OS / Windows).
- Proficiency in hardware solutions, and diagnostics:
- Computers and mobiles
- Printers and
- Other peripherals (Mice, keyboards, etc.)
Nice-to-have:

AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance coordination, facilities, and services.
- Basic knowledge in Networking.
- Industry related certifications (ITIL, Network+, A+, CCNA, etc).
