We are looking for Help Desk English & French,

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Experience in contact center or customer service environments.
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Team-oriented and service-minded attitude.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in an IT Help Desk or Technical Support role.
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
