[HELLOCONNECT] Senior Service Package Team Leader (Procurement)

In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in accuracy, governance, and scalability of procurement master data, including SKU creation, updates, and lifecycle management across multiple markets. In addition to managing a team of Data Specialists, the Senior Team Leader will drive process standardization, operational governance, and automation initiatives to support HelloFresh’s growing global procurement operations. You will work closely with Food Safety, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Technology teams to ensure SKU data processes are efficient, reliable, and designed for scale, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data Management Specialists responsible for processing SKU lifecycle changes requested by Category and Procurement teams.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of the Data Management service portfolio, ensuring high operational performance, data accuracy, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) across multiple markets.
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and professional development to build and sustain a high-performing, engaged team.
  
• Establish and maintain robust data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across SKU master data.
  
• Implement quality assurance practices, including four-eye review principles and error-prevention mechanisms, to minimize data inconsistencies and operational risk.
  
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Procurement Master Data Management within the Supply Chain Shared Services organization.
  
• Develop and manage KPI frameworks and operational dashboards to monitor performance, productivity, service quality, and data accuracy.
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to standardize and harmonize SKU management processes across international markets.
  
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation, tooling enhancements, and workflow optimization in collaboration with Product and Technology teams.
  
• Lead operational transformation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, scalability, and transparency within the Data Management service offering.
  
• Partner closely with Procurement, Food Safety, Supply Chain Planning, and Product teams to ensure accurate data flows and strong operational alignment.
  
• Manage escalations and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure service continuity and minimal business disruption.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, procurement operations, master data management, or a comparable operational environment.
  
• At least 2 years of leadership or team management experience within operational or shared services organizations.
  
• Strong experience working with ERP/MRP systems and managing operational data workflows.
  
• Proven track record in developing and managing KPIs, reporting frameworks, and operational performance dashboards.
  
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
  
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Sheets, Docs, and Slides).
