Your Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer support to Hebrew-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding online pharmacy and telemedicine services, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our system to ensure effective follow-up and service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Engage in continuous learning and training to stay updated on pharmaceutical and telemedicine practices.

Requirements

• Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• An EU passport or residency is mandatory.
• Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is a must.
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Prior experience in customer support or the healthcare industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
