Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Hebrew-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding online music and podcast services, helping them navigate platforms and content.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system to ensure effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product features to provide informed support.

Requirements

• Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• An EU passport or residency is mandatory.
• Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is a requirement for this role.
• A passion for music, podcasts, and digital entertainment.
• Prior customer support experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a positive attitude.
