Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Hebrew-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to mobile banking services, troubleshooting issues, and providing effective solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and improve customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about banking regulations and service updates.

Requirements

• Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or the banking industry is a plus but not mandatory.
