Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Hebrew-speaking users of dating and social networking apps through various channels.
• Assist users with inquiries, technical issues, and account management to ensure a seamless experience.
• Document interactions accurately in the system and follow up as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to improve services and enhance user satisfaction.
• Participate in training and development sessions to stay informed about app features and user trends.

Requirements

• Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is a must.
• Passion for customer service and creating positive user experiences.
• Prior experience in customer support is beneficial but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a proactive and empathetic approach.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with care and professionalism.
• Interest in dating and social networking apps and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
