Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Hebrew-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries about consumer electronics, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions.
• Record customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous training to stay informed about product updates and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is a requirement for this role.
• An EU passport or residency is mandatory. A work visa alone is not sufficient.
• Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service, particularly in the consumer electronics industry.
• Prior experience in customer support is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail in problem-solving.
