Your Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to Hebrew-speaking clients regarding car leasing and financing options.
• Assist customers with inquiries, explaining processes and financial details clearly and effectively.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the database system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is essential.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service in the automotive industry.
• Prior experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
