Your Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in Hebrew to clients seeking veterinary services.
• Assist customers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service information.
• Maintain a compassionate and helpful demeanor in all interactions.
• Document customer details accurately to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to address customer needs effectively.
• Participate in training to expand knowledge of veterinary services and best practices.

Requirements

• Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is a requirement.
• Passion for animal care and providing exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service is a bonus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and empathy towards customers.
