Your Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to Hebrew-speaking customers requiring transportation assistance.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about public transport services and schedules.
- Assist customers with ticketing, route planning, and any concerns or issues they may face.
- Maintain a friendly and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions accurately for service improvement and tracking purposes.

Requirements
- Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Proficiency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is required.
