Your Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Hebrew-speaking customers regarding travel bookings and inquiries.
- Assist customers with booking processes, itinerary details, and any travel-related questions.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and achieve department goals.
- Stay updated on travel products, services, and promotions through training sessions.
Requirements
- Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- An EU passport or residency is mandatory.
- Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is required.
- Passion for travel and helping customers create memorable experiences.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude in challenging situations.
- Interest in working in the travel industry and promoting travel destinations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
