Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Hebrew-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions for reference and quality control.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and improve customer experience.
- Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- An EU passport or residency is mandatory.
- Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is a requirement.
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
