If you are fluent in Hebrew and have a passion for home improvement, this role is perfect for you. As part of the team, you will assist customers in their native language, providing support and guidance on DIY tools and products. Your Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to Hebrew-speaking clients regarding home improvement and DIY tools.
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions.
- Accurately document customer conversations and update records as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and departmental goals.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements
- Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. An EU passport or residency is required. A work visa alone is not enough.
- Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is a requirement for this role.
- A passion for home improvement and DIY projects.
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and solve problems efficiently.
- Interest in working in a collaborative team environment.
