Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to Hebrew-speaking clients interested in eco-friendly products.

• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
• Accurately document customer interactions for further reference and improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high customer satisfaction and departmental goals.
• Engage in training sessions to enhance sustainability knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is a requirement.
• Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products.
• Customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
