Your Responsibilities

• Assist customers in Hebrew with airline reservations and inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide accurate and timely information on flights, fares, and travel policies.
• Handle reservations, changes, and cancellations efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize reservation processes and customer service.
• Adhere to industry regulations and company policies for airline reservations.

Requirements

• Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is a must.
• Passion for travel, customer service, and assisting passengers.
• Experience in a customer service role, especially in travel or airline industry, is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reservation management.
• Flexibility to work in shifts as per airline operation requirements.
