Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Hebrew-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely assistance.
- Guide clients through the setup, implementation, and troubleshooting of our cloud applications.
- Deliver top-notch customer support via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
- Document client interactions and feedback to contribute to service enhancements.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our SaaS products and updates to deliver accurate information to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Hebrew (both verbal and written) is a must; proficiency in English is a bonus. Please clearly state your nationality and native language in your application materials.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a SaaS or cloud computing environment, is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to empathize with clients to provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues.
- Keen attention to detail in documenting interactions and following up on client issues.
