Your Responsibilities
- Deliver effective customer service to Hebrew-speaking clients utilizing our AI products.
- Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions.
- Offer product demonstrations and guidance to ensure optimal client understanding.
- Document client interactions and resolutions accurately for record-keeping.
- Stay informed about AI developments to provide informed assistance to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- An EU passport or residency is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Hebrew (verbal and written) is a prerequisite for this position.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related role is beneficial.
- Passion for technology and a keen interest in artificial intelligence.
- Excellent communication skills and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.
